Jaggery

Legal & privacy

Privacy Policy

Effective 14 October 2026

This policy describes how Jaggery, a business management service for renovation and trade organisations, handles personal information and connected social-media account information. It also covers the Roxait Meta application used to connect a business's Facebook Pages to Jaggery. The business using Jaggery controls which customer and project information it enters and which project images, if any, it chooses to publish.

Information we process

Depending on the features used, this may include names, business contact details, sign-in and workspace identifiers, customer and project records, quotes, invoices, uploaded documents and photographs, messages submitted to support, and technical usage or security information needed to operate the service.

When an authorised organisation administrator connects Facebook, Jaggery processes the permissions granted through Meta Login, the selected Facebook Page identifiers and names, encrypted Page access credentials, and the content, destination and status of posts explicitly submitted by the organisation. Jaggery does not ask for or store your Facebook password. Signing in with a personal Facebook account does not authorise Jaggery to publish to that person's personal timeline.

How information is used

We use information to provide tenant workspaces and business workflows, secure accounts, store and display authorised project information, provide requested integrations and publishing functions, respond to support enquiries, maintain service reliability, and meet applicable legal obligations. Social publishing is initiated or approved within the authorised business workspace; connecting a Page does not by itself publish content.

Sharing and service providers

Information is shared with service providers as reasonably necessary to deliver enabled features, such as hosting, storage, communications and optional AI processing. When a business chooses to publish content, the selected photograph and caption are transmitted to Meta for posting on that business's selected Facebook Page. Once posted, content is subject to Facebook's own visibility settings and privacy terms. We do not sell business Page access tokens or customer data.

Security and retention

Jaggery restricts organisation data by workspace and uses protective controls for sensitive integration credentials. Information is kept while needed to provide the service, meet operational needs and comply with applicable record-retention requirements. Disconnecting a social account removes its active connection from the workspace; independently published Facebook posts remain on Facebook unless the business removes them there.

Your choices and requests

Authorised administrators can manage connected Facebook Pages from Settings → Integrations. If you want to access, correct or request deletion of information associated with a Jaggery workspace or Roxait Meta connection, see our data deletion instructions or contact Jaggery. Please do not send API tokens, passwords, or identity documents through the contact form. Requests may require verification of authority over the affected organisation.

Changes

We may update this notice as features and data-handling practices change. The effective date will be revised when material changes are published.
